Accommodation Rules for Staying with Your Beloved Dog at Our Vacation Rental in Atami
At our four rental villas, we accommodate stays with dogs. The target is small dogs, and some buildings specify that only small indoor dogs are allowed in the plan details. Please be sure to check the "Pet Accommodation Agreement" on our official page before making a reservation. When bringing your dog, we request proof of vaccination and a signature agreeing to the 【Dog Accommodation Agreement】. Ensuring peace of mind on the day of travel starts with prior confirmation.
The rented villa is a space exclusively for our guests, but there are also residents and villa owners within the villa area. Therefore, to enjoy quality time with our beloved dogs, we need to be a little considerate about how we spend our time indoors and outdoors. Playing musical instruments is prohibited, smoking is not allowed in the building, on the terrace, or in the garden, and the use of fireworks, candles, or bonfires on the premises, terrace, or garden is also prohibited. Being mindful of sharing a quiet environment contributes to the overall tranquility of our stay.
Pet supplies provided to support your stay with small dogs.
At our inn, we provide pet supplies in our rental villa to ensure you and your dog have a comfortable stay. We offer a pet enclosure, one toilet tray, five toilet sheets for up to three nights, one set of towels, two bowls, wet wipes, a lint roller, deodorizing spray, walking etiquette bags, and a trash bin for your dog. These essential supplies are ready for your convenience upon arrival, making it easier to prepare in a new place, even on a trip with your beloved pet.

We ask for your cooperation in keeping the provided items clean for the next dog to use. On the other hand, pet food and treats are not included in the facility's supplies, so please bring them as needed. Having familiar items nearby can help your beloved dog regain its usual rhythm while traveling.

At our inn, we offer a shared dog run space where dogs can run freely and play with their owners. It's a time to deepen the bond with your beloved dog while enjoying light exercise in the fresh morning air or refreshing moments during the cool evening hours, surrounded by the expansive nature. The shared dog run is open from 9:00 to 17:15, with regular holidays on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For reservations and usage, please contact the management office directly. Since this requires confirmation separate from accommodation reservations, it's best to contact us early once you have decided on your desired time and stay dates for a smoother experience on the day.
Required Documents and Important Points During Your Stay
When using the dog run, we ask that you submit the Dog Park Terms of Use and Consent Form. Additionally, please ensure you have the following: ① verification of the owner's identity, ② proof of rabies vaccination, ③ confirmation of vaccination for 8 or more types, and ④ a copy of the registration tag or microchip documentation. These necessary documents are important preparations to ensure a safe shared space for both your dog and you.
When using the dog run, please ensure you keep a close eye on your dog at all times. Additionally, please do not allow pets in the pool at Moon and Sun BASE ATAMI. There will be no cleaning of your guest room during your stay, so we would appreciate it if you could maintain a pleasant environment for the next guests by utilizing the provided sticky carpet cleaner, deodorizing spray, and pet waste bin.
