旅行業約款（標準旅行業約款）

P-HAM Co., Ltd. (Aichi Prefecture Governor Registered Travel Agency No. 3-1590; hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") adopts, without modification, the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions established by public notice of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism / Japan Tourism Agency. Accommodation reservations made through Dynamic Japan Travel are concluded as arranged travel contracts governed by the "Arranged Travel Contract" section（手配旅行契約の部） of these terms.

Travelers who have concluded an arranged travel contract with the Company may receive compensation from the security deposit described above with respect to claims arising from the transaction (Article 25 of the Arranged Travel Contract section).
