Our vacation rental in Atami, "Tsuki to Taiyou," has four buildings: EN ATAMI, BASE ATAMI, HANABI, and DREAM VILLA. Each building is equipped with an onsen (hot spring) and a Finnish sauna, but that's not the only factor to consider when choosing. The number of bedrooms, bed configurations, parking availability, ease of gathering in the living area, and suitability for workation spaces vary by building. We believe that by envisioning the number of guests and how you wish to spend your time, it becomes easier to select a building that allows for a more natural flow of time after your arrival.

First, we want to confirm the capacity and number of bedrooms. For up to 10 guests, options include EN ATAMI with 4 bedrooms or BASE ATAMI with 5 bedrooms. If you are traveling with multiple families or friends and want to maintain some distance while sleeping, a property with more bedrooms is reassuring. For families of up to 6 or small groups, HANABI is suitable, while DREAM VILLA is ideal for families or couples of up to 5, including those on a workation.

Not only the capacity but also the type of beds affects the comfort of your stay. For example, even with a capacity of 10, EN ATAMI includes futons, while BASE ATAMI has 8 beds. If you are traveling with children and find futons easier to use, or if you prefer to rest in beds separately, considering the sleeping arrangements can help reduce confusion.

EN ATAMI is a modern Japanese-style vacation rental themed around "connections," opening in March 2025. We introduce a space that reminds you of your connections with loved ones, nature, and yourself, featuring four bedrooms: three double rooms and one quadruple room. The living and dining area offers large windows with seasonal views of nature, a spacious sofa, and a large dining table, where you can enjoy movie screenings or view cherished memories with a projector. We also have a wine cellar and an ice maker, perfect for leisurely conversations while cooking with your own ingredients.

BASE ATAMI opens in March 2024. Its standout features include five bedrooms and parking for up to five vehicles. The double-height living area is unified with chic interiors, equipped with floor heating and a projector. This space easily transitions between movie screenings and work-from-home setups, accommodating both group gatherings and personal time. With an infinity pool that offers views of fireworks, it’s perfect for those looking to add a touch of "special viewing" to their group trips.

HANABI is a semi-luxury building that accommodates up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, with the first room featuring 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed, and the second room equipped with 2 semi-double beds. The bright living room, which includes two windows, has a round table, making it ideal for switching between meals, games, and workcation activities in one space. The loft also features a relaxing area with green carpet, allowing families and small groups to enjoy their time together in close proximity. The wooden chandelier and carefully curated interior leave a distinctive impression of HANABI.

DREAM VILLA is a standard building that accommodates up to 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, one Western-style and one Japanese-style, with 2 semi-double beds in the Japanese room and 1 queen bed in the Western room; one guest will need to use a sleeping bag when accommodating 5 guests. The bright living room offers a view of Sagami Bay, a terrace deck accessible directly from the living room, and an exclusive observation space for this villa. There is also a workspace for 2 people, making it suitable for resort workcations where you can work in a quiet environment and use the loft for breaks or naps. Please note that there are 67 steps to the entrance due to the villa's elevated location.

We provide Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, air conditioning, refrigerators, washing machines (with dryer), vacuum cleaners, water servers, electric kettles, microwaves, rice cookers, toasters, hot plates, barbecue grills, a full set of cooking utensils, and tableware in all our buildings. BASE ATAMI and EN ATAMI feature ice makers, wine cellars, and projectors, making them convenient for larger stays or movie nights. HANABI and DREAM VILLA come equipped with shaved ice machines, adding a small delight to your relaxing time with a few guests.

Regarding pets, Tsuki and Taiyo are vacation rentals that allow small dogs. For detailed accommodation rules and amenities, please refer to the dedicated guide, but all four properties can consider stays with your beloved dog. However, we cannot accept stays exceeding the maximum capacity due to the Inn Business Law. Since there are residents other than guests in the vacation area, playing musical instruments is prohibited. It's advisable to check conditions such as the 67-step staircase at DREAM VILLA, the compact car requirement at HANABI and EN ATAMI, and pool usage precautions at BASE ATAMI before making a reservation.
