These Travel Conditions apply to accommodation reservations (arranged travel for domestic accommodations in Japan) made through "Dynamic Japan Travel" (hereinafter the "Service") operated by P-HAM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company").
This document, together with the individual conditions displayed on the reservation pages of the Service (accommodation details, dates, the travel price, and the cancellation policy applicable to your plan), constitutes the "document explaining transaction terms" set forth in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act of Japan. This document, the reservation details displayed upon completion of your reservation, and the reservation confirmation email together constitute the "contract document" set forth in Article 12-5 of the same Act. In lieu of delivering paper documents, the Company provides these documents electronically by posting them on the Service and by email, and you consent to such electronic delivery by making a reservation through the Service.
1. Type of Contract
Reservations through the Service are "Arranged Travel Contracts" under which the Company, as entrusted by the traveler, arranges accommodation services provided by accommodation facilities on the traveler's behalf. The contract is governed by the Company's Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Travel Contract), which adopt the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions of Japan, and by these Travel Conditions. When the Company has arranged the accommodation with the due care of a prudent manager, the performance of the Company's obligations under the Arranged Travel Contract is completed, and the accommodation services themselves are provided by the accommodation facility.

3. Application and Conclusion of the Contract
- The traveler applies for an Arranged Travel Contract by entering the required information on the reservation pages of the Service, completing the card payment, and submitting the reservation.
- No application deposit is required. The full travel price is settled by credit card at the time of the application (see Section 5), after which the Company arranges the accommodation. The Arranged Travel Contract is concluded when the Company's notice of acceptance (reservation confirmation displayed on screen and/or sent by email) reaches the traveler.
- If the Company is unable to complete the arrangement after your payment (for example, the room becomes unavailable), the contract is not concluded and the full amount paid will be refunded to your card automatically.
- The document explaining transaction terms, the contract document, and other documents relating to the contract are delivered by electronic means (on-screen display on the Service and email), with the traveler's consent obtained at the time of application. If you wish to receive paper documents, please contact us at user_support@d-japantravel.com.
- The Company may decline an application in the cases set forth in Article 6 of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Travel Contract), including when the traveler's credit card is invalid or the traveler is found to be an anti-social force.
4. Contents of Travel Services
The contents of the arranged travel services (name of the accommodation facility, accommodation dates, room type, plan, number of guests, meal conditions, etc.) are as displayed on the reservation pages of the Service at the time of application and as stated in the reservation confirmation email.
5. Travel Price and Payment
- The travel price is the accommodation charge displayed on the reservation pages of the Service at the time of application.
- In addition to the displayed price, local taxes such as accommodation tax and bathing tax, and charges for additional services used at the facility, may be payable directly at the facility.
- Payment shall be made online by credit card through the payment service provider designated by the Company. The full amount of the travel price is charged via the payment service PAY.JP at the time you submit your reservation request (before the contract is concluded). If the payment cannot be completed, the application is not accepted. If the arrangement cannot be completed after payment, the full amount will be refunded automatically.
- Reservations are concluded as "Communication Contracts" under the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Travel Contract), and the travel price is settled by the traveler's credit card without the traveler's signature on a voucher.
6. Travel Handling Charges
The Company's travel handling charge, change handling charge, and cancellation handling charge for accommodation arrangements through the Service are all free of charge.
7. Changes and Cancellation
- The traveler may request changes to, or cancel all or part of, the reservation at any time before the start of the stay, through the method designated by the Company or the facility.
- In the event of a change or cancellation, the cancellation fee set forth in the cancellation policy of the accommodation facility displayed at the time of reservation (and stated in the reservation confirmation) shall be borne by the traveler. The Company does not charge any change or cancellation handling fee of its own.
- In the event of cancellation, the amount after deducting any applicable cancellation fee will be refunded to the credit card used for payment. If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, the full amount will be refunded.
- If the traveler does not pay the travel price by the specified date, or in other cases set forth in Article 14 of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Travel Contract), the Company may cancel the contract, and the traveler shall bear the cancellation fee set forth in the facility's cancellation policy.
- All cancellation deadlines and cancellation fees are determined based on Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).
8. Responsibility of the Company
The Company's responsibility shall be as set forth in Chapter 6 (Articles 23 and 24) of the Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (Arranged Travel Contract). The Company shall compensate for damage caused to the traveler intentionally or negligently by the Company or its arrangement agents, provided that notice is given to the Company within two years from the day following the day on which the damage occurred.
9. Security Deposit
The Company is not a member of a travel agency association. Travelers or constituent members who have concluded an Arranged Travel Contract with the Company may receive compensation, with respect to claims arising from the transaction, out of the security deposit (Eigyo Hoshokin) deposited by the Company pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Agency Act.
