Living & Dining
The bright living room features windows on two sides. The round table is perfect for games, meals, or working together. A ladder leads to a relaxing loft space with green carpet where you can lie down and unwind.
Balcony
The terrace offers ocean views. Enjoy the Jacuzzi, cooling down after sauna, or BBQ with friends and family. On clear days, you can experience spectacular views of Atami.
Sauna & Bathroom
Enjoy our authentic Finnish sauna with löyly capability. The sauna room and bath are adjacent, allowing you to use the bath as a cold plunge after heating up in the sauna. The hot spring water flows from the tap, so you can enjoy a hot spring bath 24 hours a day.
Bedrooms
HANABI has two bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests. One room features a queen bed and bunk bed, while the other has two double beds. After enjoying the sauna and hot spring, sleep soundly in our comfortable beds.
Important Notes
There are no convenience stores or supermarkets on the premises. Please purchase your food and drinks before arrival.
We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, and olive oil. Please bring any other condiments you may need.
As there are permanent residents in the villa area, outdoor BBQ is not permitted after 8:00 p.m.
Please use only the BBQ equipment provided by the facility. Bringing or using your own charcoal or firewood is not permitted.
Regarding fire safety:
Fireworks, candles, and bonfires are prohibited on the premises, terrace, and garden.
Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, on the terrace, or in the garden. Please use the designated smoking areas with ashtrays.
Regarding the sauna:
To prevent fire hazards, flammable items and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the sauna.
We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by alcohol consumption in the sauna.
Please stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
This plan allows small indoor dogs only. When accompanied by a pet, you will be required to sign the "Pet Accommodation Rules" which includes information about vaccinations.
Rooms will not be cleaned during your stay.
Playing musical instruments is prohibited because other villa owners live in the area.
